The hotel is not accessible by car, therefore be prepared to carry your bags very steep downhill. We have been upgraded a a junior suite, which we really appreciated. However, there as very distinctive smell of chlorine when we get there. It was a room with a loft where the bed was situated. The ceiling in the loft was an arc shape so I hit it with my head several times and I’m only 5’8”. Little patio in front of the room facing volcano was great. However, it was always under direct sunlight until sunset, therefore we nearly used it. Lastly, the breakfast was good but alway the same. If I had to come to Santorini again, I would definitely prefer to stay in Kamari and take a bus to any other part of the island.

We had a fantastic stay. This hotel is gorgeous and our room had a private balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean. For anyone looking to come and stay - I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel rooms were amazing. Amazing views. Comfortable bed. The service was amazing. The pool had an amazing view. Service was amazing. The stairs are definitely a challenge but if you can climb them it’s worth it.

Lovely location to terrible front desk and service. We had two junior suites and both experienced total loss of air conditioning. The staff was not helpful at all. One suite had to have a replacement unit and still no compensation from the hotel. Our suite hadn't any AC one night and staff could care less. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay at any hotel on either side of them.

We had a room with a terrace, and a small jacuzzi and amazing view! The location in the center of Fira is very good. The pool is also very nice. The view is impressive! The cocktails are very good! However in general the service and the attention to detail is not representing a 4 star hotel. Two lamps at the pool broke in our first day and they did not get fixed, two broken lamps looking ugly and also a bit unsafe (specially for kids) The breakfast was a bit birding and every day the same. Our jacuzzi must have broken after the second day. We had a two floor room, the ground floor got very cold and the upper floor were we slept was super hot! There is no space to hang clothes, specially wet clothes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
