Everything is good, but the price is too high for what is offered. The breakfast does not correspond to the price you pay for. The bathroom drains and the sink are not cleaned, when you shower, dirt returns from the drain, which is not good, in the drain of the sink shows dirt, this is bacteria and needs serious attention. At such a high price there should be no complaints. The staff is excellent. I would not stay a second time. Although they could have checked me in 1 hour early, no they wished I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. and we were tired. You have to pay extra for everything. They accommodated me in the neighboring hotel as early as 11:30, they must win customers with small things. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't stay again. Only the staff is very kind and attentive .

TzL Suites Hotel was a delight. I was traveling with my parents so we needed space. We booked a two bedroom two bath suite that came with kitchen and a nice size living room. The place is spotless. It has all the amenities including a dishwasher and a washing machine. It literally is your beautiful apartment in Istanbul within a hotel. The cross street is quiet , yet it is only a 6 min walk to the busy and posh Nisantasi shopping and dining streets. Taxi situation in Istanbul especially during the rush hour is impossible so having an option to walk to places is a treat. They have a nice restaurant on site which is great, a spa, and a Turkish bath. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend TZL especially if you are a group or with family. My only suggestion for the hotel would be nice to include the dishwashing detergent. And my suggestion to the travelers is that to arrange your rides and transportation to the busy areas in advance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
