Great hotel with wonderful breakfast and good location. Lorain, Angelica, and Joy are very kind and helpful. We stayed here twice during our time in the Philippines and it was a pleasure to come back!

Very nice area in Makati, surrounded by very nice options to go out for drinks on rooftop terraces or food, especially the nightmarket around the corner is highly recommended. But for an even closer experience of delicious eating you can stay in and enjoy some nice cocktails and food in the hotel's own restaurant el mundo. All in all a very good pick for a stay in the centre of Makati and Lorain, Angelica and Joy were very helpful with all our matters.

Very cozy hotel with an excellent location! Everything is open 24/7, restaurants, pharmacies, they have a 7-11 in the corner of the hotel which makes it helpful in case you need anything in the middle of the night. The staff is so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend

Stayed here for 5 days - Superior Room. What I like about this hotel is the attentiveness and the service of the staffs here, it was great! For the room, the bed is soft and comfy. There is a tv but I can't connect it to their wifi. There is a small refrigerator, complimentary 2 water bottles and toiletries.The room is actually clean but I saw that the curtain has food stain..so there. I can here whenever there's someone moving the chair but it's ok. I can also here the cars but it is ok also, I don't mind. There are many restaurants around the area. 7-11 is just a minute walk and also the Kanto Freestyle Breakfast. Well, overall it was a great experience! P.S. the food here was good! Thank you.

A budget hotel the beds are reasonably comfortable. The TV freezes all the time so you can't watch it. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. It's not bad but i need to improve the water pressure in the shower and the tv reception issue

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
