The hotel had really clean rooms with all the facilities you would need. Had a lovely little terrace which was good for drying swimwear and towels from a day at the beach. Brilliant, relaxing pools and directly on the beach front. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was a bit odd to have a window to the main corridor from the room. Luckily there was a curtain which we kept closed at all times. The room could have done with more natural light but it didn't cause us any problems. Only rated this 4 stars because the breakfast had very limited choices and sometimes you had to wait a long time for them to replenish things.

The resort is one the quiet part of the island so it's quiet, there is a nice swimming pool and a beach in front of the hotel. Little points to consider : the water in the rooms was a bit salty (I guess they recycle water from the sea). Also, the breakfast is really cheap (i mean , I would love to have something else that an instant coffee for breakfast)

Everything it perfect except the behaviour of receptionists who wear braces. She was so rude 😒. When I wanted the supplementary water 4 times, she told me, " I was lying. I had already drank it and wanted it again. My country's people are liyer " that was so disappointing 😞

Pros: beach front, incredible view, really good location away from the nightlife areas Cons: deluxe rooms are up in the hills 10 minutes walking distance, beds are hard, aircon is noisy and very dry, rooms are damp and humid and nothing dries, there is a constant damp smell, water goes absolutely everywhere in the bathrooms when you shower, terrible design, fixtures are rusty and poor quality, noisy hallways I stayed with a group of 10 other people and all rooms were more or less the same and had similar issues. Some rooms nicer than others with more light etc

Cons: Bed is hard as a rock. Your room may end up at the top of a very steep hill that's a pain to walk up and down. The breakfast buffet is wack. Hot dogs, spaghetti, instant coffee and cereal mostly. They make you pay for real food and coffee. Very poorly insulated walls, you can hear a pin hit the floor in any room close to you. Pros: Pool is very nice. There's a beautiful view of the ocean from the restaurant. This place is far from the noisy bar area so you don't have to hear music all night long. Rooms are clean with nice lighting options. There's a handy drying rack on the balcony and mini fridge in the room. Not horrible but not great. I would still stay here again in order to escape the noises of the downtown area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
