A lovely hotel with fantastic friendly staff. The rooms are modern. The dark finish makes them very relaxing. Lorenzo on the front desk is very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. It's a busy street outside so it can be noisy. The location beside the trevi fountain is excellent.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Hotel - The hotel is clean and modern. The rooftop has beautiful views of Rome. The location is brilliant. 5 mins away from Trevi and lots of restaurants nearby. Also a supermarket nearby too. Room - We stayed in room 310. It was a lovely room. Possibly a little too dark, however I knew this when booking as that is the hotels ambience. The bed was fresh, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom being so dark, shown all dust, soap marks etc. The shower leaked onto the floor when used and the toilet wall was damaged and taped back up. Mini bar was complimentary for the first time. However, it was soft drinks and snacks, not alcohol. One of the teacups was damaged too and spilt hot tea through a crack. I would recommend a welcome book in each room to explain more about the hotel (restaurant menu, check out time etc). I did find this info on their website however. Staff - Very friendly staff. Especially the reception staff who were welcoming each time. The breakfast staff were also very friendly too. Bar & Restaurant (floor 5) - Beautiful aesthetics and decoration. Very overpriced for the standard of drinks. My pstar martini had limoncello in it, even though the bartender said it didn't, but we watched him put it in. Does not accept cash. Which was fine, we used card. But useful to know before going. Hot chocolate was nice. The rooftop bar was closed (out of season) but we could still take our drinks from floor 5 to the rooftop. Breakfast - served in the restaurant on floor 5. Lovely and good choice of continental foods. Closer to 10am, the choice becomes less. Which is understandable. However, they just stop making cooked eggs even though they're busy and close at 10.30am. They also have a menu which you can pay, which is overpriced again. Slow service for coffee when busy. But it isn't the staff fault. They were lovely but overrun (cleaning tables, welcoming guests, sweeping, replenishing food, taking orders).

The room was nice, but very noisy (beside the noice it was very nice)! You hear the traffic as well as everything outside in the floor or cleaning upstairs etc. Lorenzo at the reception was very helpful and nice, as well as the guy at the bar with the beard! Overall we had a very good stay and enjoyed the few days!

A fantastic place to stay when in Rome. Very nice boutique style hotel, well appointed and in an Excellent location to walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly - especially thanks to Gogo who made us the best morning coffee and “mocha-coffee” each day and provided incredible service. We walked to all the major sites from the hotel very easily - Trevi, Vatican and Colesuem - walking through all Romes small streets and alleys from the hotel was a lot of fun and great experience. We also found it very convenient to the Rome Train station (20min walk or quick taxi) to take day trips such as Pompeii Definitely recommend the hotel as contemporary , friendly and great location based stay in Roma.

I highly recommend a newly opened, impeccably clean hotel in Rome. It's at an extremely high standard with a central location. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. While the breakfast isn't very diverse, it's incredibly tasty. And don't miss out on trying their signature dessert, the "Rooftop."

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
