Perfect location, perfect hospitality. Clean, affordable and spacious enough rooms. An overflowing array of amenities and services. This is my 3rd visit to Tokyo and this was the best stay of them all. I will definitely book the same hotel on my next visit.

I went out the other day and came back at night to found out that my new bottle of Acqua Di Parma perfume was missing even though I put it into the box. I asked the receptionist to check with the room cleaning people and he said he cannot do anything. That bottle meant a lot to me. The hotel needs to be fixed this problem as soon as possible.

Had a fantastic stay in Tokyo in Ueno First City Hotel. The room was small but reasonably priced, with a super clean and modern bathroom. Aircon and dehumidifier were available so we were always happy with the room temperature. All basic amenities were provided. Personnel was really nice. Our room was cleaned even when we left later in the day which was very helpful. Exceptional cafe inside the hotel with amazing food which I highly recommend.

The receptionist stood by the front desk watching us struggle up the steps in the rain with our luggages when we first arrived. The facilities were old and not well maintained. The kettle was dirty and rusty. Asked for a replacement and was not even given. The toilet was extremely smelly (possibly due to the shower curtain). Everytime we flushed the toilet bowl, felt that the whole building was going to collapse due to the violent nature. The whole room and toilet were very dusty. Those with asthma or with history of asthma or sensitive nose, please do not choose this hotel. You will end up having wheezing cough and runny nose for your whole stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
