When we booked the room, we wanted a double one however we were only able to get a twin bed so we went with that anyway. But later I checked the website and they had availability for multiple double rooms so not sure what happened there. The room was nice and big, and the bathroom was nice too! The room felt clean, although the hallways didn't. The staff were nice, but a bit quick with us and we felt rushed to get checked in. There's a family mart across the room which is great but it's a bit of a long walk to the ueno station if you're feeling tired after a long night out! Unfortunately can't really open windows to get air in since they were locked and the small one that would open was really loud since there's bullet train rails right outside.

First of all, the hotel’s customer service was fantastic, eager to help clients although some spoke barely English. These people either were trained well or have service mind naturally. Our 4 rooms of 3 queen bed and 1 double were clean and had its shower room, keeping water in and no mess. The water flow of shower is so powerful as the power wash concrete if turned to the max. Toilet is clean and has all technology that can confuse you for 5 minute. Beds are clean, soft and sturdy, no trace of human evidence. I slept like a baby for 7 nights. Its location is not too bad but usually takes 10 minutes to Ueno station. Although this is grimy neighborhood, it is so super safe to walk alone at 11pm without worrying being mugged or gunned down. The hotel care so much for clients, they provide with hand soap that can be used for your face. Wishing there are more of this kind of hotels around the world. Clean and safe.

I booked a room 4 weeks in advance, paid but then changed my mind all on the same day. When I requested a cancellation, I was informed that their cancellation fee is 100% !!! Greedy. Silly me for booking this hotel with payment up front and no refund for a cancellation.

The room is very neat, and easy to navigate. It has all the amenities listed in the booking, and provides robes and disposable slippers aaca bonus! The only downside, was how small the room was and the lack of a closet and/or shelves to put clothes in. We were staying for 2 weeks, so it was difficult finding a place to put our jackets, shoes, luggage and such. There are cleaning services upon request, and the location is at a convenient location - just 5-10 minutes walk away from Ueno station and the Ameyayokocho street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay here, and I would recommend this place if you're packing light and/or planning to stay less than a week here.

Perfect for a budget. 10 mins from Ueno station. Breakfast came with the fee, not sure if you can get the room without breakfast. You get refills of the rice ball, soup and bread. The egg, terriyaki chicken and salad are not. Sometimes the menu changes. Room was clean and cozy. Not too cramped. Western style bathroom where in the toilet is in the same room as shower room. Also toilet room is not warmed by the aircon so you might wake up to a cold morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
