Ok for the price but nit great. The rooms are small and functional but they could have been a little cleaner (not terrible just not great, lost of dust in hidden corners and the like). The place is also rather old. I was there because I could not catch the last train and had to wait for the first in the morning. Instead of going to a capsule hotel I had my own room here for about the same price. I just would not recommend it if you plan to spend some time in the room.

I stay at Ueno Terminal Hotel whenever I come to Tokyo. Great location, all staff are very nice and friendly, the room is clean and quiet. Their Japanese breakfast is SUPER delicious! I love their O-MO-TE-NA-SHI! Very satisfied with the stay! Highly recommended!!

Staying in my favorite room , 701! Half western , half Tatami with a great view of the Sky Tree! The staff is awesome and friendly! There is a great traditional Japanese restaurant in the basement level where , as I understand it, the chef is the Master of the Master Chefs , an important distinction in Japanese culture! The beef is killer! Try the Shabu Shabu. They also have excellent sashimi and a large selection of nohonchu (sake). The owners are two beautiful sisters and the hotel has been family run for 100+ years so it’s a real slice of tradition in Tokyo. There is also a Pronto coffee shop on the 1st floor and while it is chain, the coffee is excellent, as is the breakfast. The street outside is also special, made from colored brick it is quite unique. UTH is on a quiet street but a 3 minute walk gets you to the major train hub of Ueno Station and a great outdoor flea market with blocks and blocks of small shops, restaurants.and bars. While all the new corporate hotels are opening in the area for the 2020 Olympics with more western commodities and prices, the rates at UTH are quite affordable!

My stay here was ok. The staff can understand english so checking in was not a problem and I was in my room very quickly. I didn't had the chance to try the sushi at B1 because I was so tired. I only grab a quick bite at 7-11 (just near the hotel) then fell asleep. I will definitely try it the next time I come here. The hotel is strategically located near the Ueno Station where you can go to Narita Airport or back to Tokyo. You can ride the Shinkansen from here or get-off Shinkansen here from your Mount Fuji Tour. Very nice location.

Usually very quiet. Nice and clean, well serviced. Good menu for a coffee shop. Serves alcohol and has a smoking area. Sometimes live music and has a meeting room. Use mezzanine for usb power. Also free wifi, ask at countrr.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
