There was barely any service, for example, you have to struggle to learn how to print a room card by yourself. Some staff showed evidence arrogance and indifference, which was rare for Japan. The bathroom was small with a stinky smell. It is not super close to the JR station as it claims, at least not easy with big luggages.

Wall, Normal APA's level. The hotel is a little far from the station. APA should be a well-known chain hotel in Japan, usually the rooms are small, but the quality and service will be at the due level, this is a new APA hotel, if it is old, the rating will be relatively low, and I would recommend to avoid it , APA is the safest choice.

Good location, just next to the station. However, it's next to the highway, so not the prettiest location. The rooms are small but functional and very clean. People at the front desk are very kind and helpful. Especially suggested if you need to take an early train in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
