Great hotel for a family trip, spacious clean room, huge onsen style bathtub, awesome location! What needs to be improved is the service. It is unacceptable for 4-5* property to have cleaning until 2pm only. So if you are late owl, they won't clean the room and just drop fresh towels and water outside. For this price tag it should not be this way. Reception is also not 24hrs and for self check-in instructions you need to chase the hotel. On my arrival day I was the one messaging the hotel, not other way around. Also not really up to 4-5* standards. Also beware of their weak ventilation system. My leather bag was bloated overnight because of humidity even though we used air-cond. Overall, it's a great option specifically for a families, when you need a bigger room and some kitchen area. If not, just opt for an international 5* hotel chains, it will be better service for sure.

The facility was near a downtown area, so it was overall good except for the part where it was noisy until late at night. The welcome tea was good, and I enjoyed a half-body bath using the special bathing agent, but the water pressure was so low that it took quite a long time to fill the water. "Uh suite seoul square" is one of the hotels located in the center of Seoul. Here are the pros and cons of this hotel: Advantages: Location: Uh suite seoul square is located near Namdaemun Square, the center of Seoul, making it convenient for public transportation. It is also close to major tourist attractions in Seoul such as Myeongdong and Namsan, making it a great location for traveling. Facilities: All rooms in the hotel have modern interior design, comfortable beds, and bathrooms. It is also convenient because it offers a variety of facilities and services, including a health club, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and room service. Service: Hotel staff provide friendly and professional service to increase guest satisfaction. disadvantage: Price: Compared to other hotels, Uh suite seoul square has a relatively high price range. This reflects the hotel's luxurious facilities and location. Noise: As the hotel is located in the center of Seoul, you may hear noise from the city. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel needs to be improved. In this way, Uh suite seoul square has various advantages in terms of location, facilities, and services, but it also has disadvantages such as price and noise. However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel in Seoul, this is one hotel worth considering.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
