Liked · I absolutely loved everything about this hostel! It defies the typical hostel appearance; it felt more like a hotel. I booked a bed in a 6-bed room, but to my surprise, they gave me a bed in a 4-bed room, adding a touch of extra comfort. The bathroom was not only nice but also impeccably clean. The hostel's location, just a 15-minute walk from the station, was convenient, and the spacious lobby added to the overall positive impression. A standout experience that exceeded my expectations! Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Check-in/Check-out 10/10 Location 10/10 Privacy 5/10 Disliked · My stay at this hostel was overall okay, but there were a couple of points to note. I found it slightly inconvenient that the key card needed to be inserted for the lights to work. While this is a common practice, it can be a bit bothersome. Additionally, with four beds in a room, privacy was limited when all occupants were present. However, these were minor inconveniences, and for the most part, the stay was comfortable.

Booked a private triple and was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 bathrooms. Not fancy but very good value for the money. Great friendly staff, very clean, blackout shutters, good shower, and daily cleaning service. Breakfast was amazing. Many desserts all made on site per the staff and it tasted that way. Would happily stay here again.

First of all, the service staff is quite helpful and responsive, I highly appreciate that! However, the cleanness issue really needs to be addressed. I got many BED BUG bites during the first night I stayed. Honestly it indeed ruined my mood for the last days of South Italy traveling (the previous 5 days in other places and hotels are amazing). Thanks to the hotel, they refunded me quickly but just a reminder, hope you can attach the high importance to your environment.

Very meh. This is not a “hostel” like I’ve ever known. This is just a hotel that put too many beds in some of its rooms. No shared spaces, no kitchen, no place to socialize. I’m in a shared room and there are no bunks, it’s just 6 beds, two of which are arranged as if they’re meant for a couple, two twins pushed together? I had to move some furniture around so I wouldn’t be snuggling a stranger. The lack of shared spaces is the real issue though. In my experience hostels are usually social environments, but this is not the case here. My biggest gripe is that there is no kitchen, and the tiny mini fridge in the room is simply room temperature. No matter what I do it just doesn’t get cold. Also don’t be fooled by the pictures of the pool and the steam room; you have to pay extra to use them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
