Beautiful and stylish TWO bedroom TWO bathroom apartment. Fully furnished and well stocked full kitchen. Nice living room with Roku TV and a comfy leather chair. The master bedroom jas a king bed with ensuite and closet. There is no safe. There is no place to set your luggage. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are towels in each bathroom under the sink. The water pressure and hot water temperature were excellent. There is no floor bath mats. The floor could use a good mopping. The beds are all comfortable and we slept like rocks!! I recommend this place for friends and family as it is spacious and appealing. There is no air conditioning but the large windows open nicely to the balcony. It's located on a busy road and can be very noisy.

Our stay here was wonderful! The building and apartments were spotless, and the decoration was really nice. The staff was very attentive and supported us at all times. What we enjoyed the most was the location, we were able to visit many interesting places and have a great time exploring the city. Definitely recommended if you come to Mexico City. We would love to come back (:

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The balcony is a great spot to have coffee or read a book before heading out. I didn't spend much time in the rooftop but it's a cool space as well. But the best part is its location! It's just a couple blocks away from Reforma, so you can walk and get to El Ángel in just a few minutes. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. I would stay here again.

The size of place is ok, the location is good, but this apartment was disgustingly FILTHY!! It is unbelievable that even after me telling the property manager they did nothing but changing the linens, which were not fresh even after changing them. The linen weren't fresh, the walls are all dirty. The place looks TOTALLY NEGLECTED. The carpet was dirty in extreme, we didn't even want to take our shoes off so we didn't touch the filthy carpet. The whole place was stinky and sadly it wasn't at all what you see in the pictures. The apartment I booked didn't look anything like what we got. The pictures are misleading but more than anything, the place wasn't clean & fresh. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We spent two nights here on business. The location of the department is in the best ,very close to the reforma avenue. As for the department the decorations are excellent. I would definitely recommend this to the others having trip to Mexico City

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
