I booked this apartment and it was simply fantastic. I really liked the warm welcome at reception... The apartment is simply beautiful, it is very large by Japanese standards and the view of the river was the highlight at my stay... The price-performance ratio is right here! I will definitely come back on my next visit

Fantastic place to stay in a convienent but quiet location. Allowed my parents and I to self cater but also stay in luxury. The staff were extremely helpful. One word of warning is that if you intend to use taxis from time to time to get back to the hotel make sure to show the drivers either a map or an address (in Japanese). As not all the drivers knew of its location. Will be staying there again!

Want to call out the hotel Ulu Tokyo , fantastic 4 bed apartment, within 10 minutes walk of 4 train lines (including JR line for Disney and outlet shopping), and bus routes. 7 mins from Tokyo City Air Transport (TCAT) which is 25 mins from Haneda Airport Great for families, and in a beautiful Spot overlooking the river. Bottle of Champagne on arrival, coffee beans and Grinder for that early morning wake up, 75” TV, 3 seperate air conditioners, washing machine and very new and clean facilities. Staff have great English, helped us with Uber eats one night, on-site from 10am-11pm and willing to help with anything. It’s an apartment hotel, so no breakfast/bar on site, but with a full kitchen, a quick breakfast was easy done in the comfort of your own place especially with younger children. 7-eleven a 3 minute walk and a supermarket 15mins away Cannot recommend this highly enough, much cheaper than some other bigger brands. Check the out especially for families needing 4 beds

Beautiful view from the room. The space is incredible. It has the kitchen and washing machine. Definitely can sleep for 6 people. The room is super clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
