We love our stay in this hotel. The room is comfortable & spacious. There’s a park with big children playground at the back of our hotel, easy access for the kids to play. The hotel also has great facilities such as public bath, music room, play room & reading room. They serve complimentary snacks & beverage where you can relax after a long day exploring Kyoto. The breakfast is nice even though can be very crowded, they allow take away option for breakfast. I accidentally left my luggage upon check out and the hotel manage to send the luggage to my next hotel. Thank you so much.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay at for 5 nights while in Kyoto. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and spacious enough for two people, and the breakfast was good. Located in between the railroad museum park, Kyoto aquarium, and local grass park, this hotel was actually somewhat tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city and still quite close to a train station that went directly to Kyoto station making travel by train a breeze. There was also a 24 hour convince store within 3 minutes walking distance, which made getting late night snacks or dessert very easy. The Hotel itself has some amazing amenities such as a music room to play records in, a game room with curated games, a drink and snack bar that served nuts, dried fruit, cheese, and juice and different alcoholic beverages. They also had a semi private Sento within the hotel, do note however there are no bathtubs in the room which would be my only complaint. Overall this is a top notch hotel and if I return to Kyoto I will be staying here again.

Cleverly designed room, and I absolutely loved the facilities and the services. Lovely view from the balcony, very relaxing to wake up to every morning. Friendly and well-trained staff. The hotel experience felt professional and personal at the same time. It was like they paid attention to all the little details that complete the whole experience.
