A very nice hotel, with an exceptional location near Trevi fountain. The entrance is very low key and what a lovely surprise to enter and have a nice welcome and lobby. The decoration and design are delicate and you can easily spent a memorable stay there. I totally recommend it and will come back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. Lots of nice shops and cafes in the area. The service is excellent. The staff ate professional and very nice. Breakfast was delicious, their pastries are amazing! I would definitely come back.

Booked 6 nights here as part of my honeymoon and it was truly an amazing choice. You won’t get a more central location with everything in walking distance. Beautiful, elegant room with a clean, modern touch. Excellent breakfast (try the pancakes and thank me later) that can also be brought to your room quickly for a small charge. Very helpful and hospitable reception and a charming hotel team overall. Would definitely come back.

We travelled around France and Italy for 3 weeks in August/September 2023. We stayed in all 5 star hotels but this was the only 5 star hotel that truly felt like it had it all. First and foremost. the beds were so soft(which isn't as common in Europe), the bedding was amazing and while the size of the main room was a little tight, the walk through closet and bathroom were massive. The design was very modern. The staff were friendly and food was good. This was a great central spot, close enough to all the things we wanted to see(within 5-15 minute walk). I would absolutely stay here again. I read through all of the reviews at a million different hotels prior to booking, and I am definitely picky when it comes to hotels. This hotel did not disappoint. Would recommend to any picky travellers.

This has to be one of the best located and least known fabulous boutique hotels in Rome. It was the nicest place we've ever stayed at and we travel a lot. First Class from the moment you arrive. You're treated like VIPs by all the staff. The rooms are so nice, modern, current and charming . The included breakfast is amazing and complete. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. We love this place and can't wait to come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
