Had an excellent experience at the UNA Hotel Scandinavian from check in to check out. Rooms were a great size for 2 people, very clean and the staff maintained them well while we were there. It is a little way out of the metro area but not too far and having a full size grocery shopping centre across the road was a win. All staff were polite and helpful and all had a smile and a hello waiting for you. On our last night we had dinner in the restaurant and Alessandro was the manager on duty. His service, attention to detail and helpfulness went above and beyond. The food had great proportions, full of flavour and the mandarin sorbet was ridiculously good.

Staff at the reception were very polite, kindly and helpful from the time I checked in and checked out. Even the man who was at the door and helping with our luggage. Location is quite far from the city center, but it was no problem at all for me as metro stasion is walking distance. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket is right accross the hotel. Room is relatively small, especially the shower in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother me a bit as I was out most of the time. Food are plenty and tasty.

Mohammed was on top of his game! Unbelievable service! The hospitality , the kindness and the willing to make our guess feeling number one after they had a very hard day at the airport made their arrival completely wort it! 5 stars for sure and more! We will be back! Thank you!! Thanks
