        Staff were very professional and respectful. The rooms were clean and especially loved their spacious shower. The restaurant seemed like they had a professional gourmet chef the dishes were very tasteful and plated beautifully. The staff even gave me a present I guess since we came right after Christmas. It was a small boxed fruit cake. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. You do have to pay and recommended to pay when you check in. Location was ideal just a few minutes from the train station. We definitely will stay here again.

        Horrible service, the noise outside, no working phone next to the bed, awful synthetic pillows, and blankets, unsolicited calls from the reception regarding my "behaviour" with threats to call the police, substandard restaurant, extra slow, dirty - and excruciatingly pricey - laundry service, and pathetic mini-bar with no spirits. Treat their staff like slaves. Demand instant payment for room service. Their cleaners threw away my colostomy bags. When I just thought things could not have gone worse in this garbage bin of a hotel. UPD. They DID call the cops. No probable cause, no court order, entered my room. Told them that they were breaking the law and that if I heard another word, I would call 112 and get them arrested. They left the room without a word. Asked them to be careful with the front door so it would not hit them on their way out. - Open the door! Police! We want to talk! - How many? - Two. - Talk to each other.         Excellent hotel, 5min from the train station. Very quiet, really cool design. Mattress is awesome, very comfortable. Subway is right there, and it is a very walkable place. Highly recommend.

        Conveniently located a block from the train terminal, UNA hotel is a great place to stay when in Rome. We were able to walk to most of the hot tourist spots and access a tourist bus close by. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices including something for anyone. The front staff was professional and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

        Rooms clean and comfortable for expectations. The lights all controlled by a set of wired boxes by the beds, but out of the 3 rooms we had ours weren't working. Only way to turn off lights was to unplug them. Location was great for access to the rail station or the metro. Plenty of food dining options nearby.
