service is very good, the main problem is that it's an old 4 star hotel. our room was in a huge need of an update. a part from the fact that it was extremely hot, we found a towel with hairs on it (immediately changed), the shower was broken with water going everywhere, there is carpet on the floor...the overall look is very old and for the amount of money you spend here, you can find something better. moreover, the breakfast does not have many real vegan alternatives (no soy yogurt, no vegan croissants, no vegan cakes), although you can find soy milk, soy cappuccino and of course bread and jams. but for being 2023, it's a very poor choice of vegan products.

Nice hotel. friendly staff. Location wasn’t too bad, close to roma termini. Big rooms and cool air conditioning. No ice machine, no coffee or tee in the room, no glasses in the room only paper cups, also no service for luggage to the room on arrival. Good breakfast.

Loved it! Service was great, lady at the front desk was very kind. Location is great...love that is on a quiet street but also close enough to the touristy places. My room was great...felt a little outdated but it was worth the price.

Great location and gorgeous hotel. Most sights are within 15-25 minute walk. Termini station, where all local busses and tourist hop on-hop off busses begin is also 10-15 minute walk. The room was clean and spacious and the staff polite and helping to all of our needs. Breakfast is well worth it with an abundance of choices. The inner patio/garden of the hotel is a great choice for a late night drink or snack before heading to rest.

The rooms are clean, big, cleaned every morning, the staff is very kind, especially Michelle, she helped us with every little thing we asked for. Breakfast is varied and excellent. The location is excellent, all sights can be reached on foot. A warm recommendation for a stay in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
