        Very special boutique hotel, I highly recommend it. Located in an old building, it has spacious, tall rooms and just an extraordinary atmosphere. All of the staff are very friendly. The location is also good. Central yet very quiet. My favroite part was the restaurant. The dinner we had there was the best food we had in all of Georgia. My favorite breakfast option was the omelette with Georgian cheese and mushroom. Only thing to note: we had booked the Junior Suite via the website. We got assigned to a different room which had a much smaller balcony but the room itself was bigger. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

        We had an incredibly memorable stay at the Unfound Door Hotel. The service was impeccable, from the concierge available 24/7 via WhatsApp to the lovely waitstaff at the restaurant and bar. Food and drinks at the restaurant were some of the best we had in Georgia, don’t skip breakfast! Well-designed and thoughtfully appointed rooms in a gorgeous building. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to the entire team for your care❤️

        The hotel provides beautiful rooms, that’s for sure. However, our experience with Unfound Door has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. From the start of our reservation, there has always been some issues we had to deal with. I do not recall any other stay of mine to be this tiring, unfortunately. Firstly, in our room the wifi did not work at all. It was too slow to have a meaningful experience even to write some messages on whatsapp. (Our room was the king suite with balcony.) That is quite frustrating, especially in your arrival day, given that your hotel time is when you need wifi to connect to your friends and family in other places. In our second day, it was not only our room: I have seen other guests complaining about it, as we started to have no connection at all. Similar issues kept on bothering. For instance, they apparently use only one Netflix account for all the rooms in the floor. When we decided to watch something, it kept telling us there are too many people using this account right now. This is less than ideal, considering how this hotel presents itself as a high-end place. Both are easy problems that a good hotel shouldn’t honestly have, they only require some money to be spent on things like routers and another Netflix account. It is sad that a beautiful boutique hotel that charges up to 250 euros a night for its suites has wifi problems that aren’t solved in 3 days. In our second day, we have been welcomed by the breakfast problem. When we went outside of the room, they asked whether we were informed that they cannot give the usual breakfast because there is a brunch they were giving to a company. We were not. Because of this, the breakfast hours were changed, apparently. Then they said they can give us breakfast upstairs, which quickly became a new challenge. Everything that was coming, our coffees, egg benedict etc. were so cold that it was not possible to enjoy. When we asked to renew them, they did, but it was yet again another challenge. The whole breakfast “process” took longer than an hour. They kept forgetting our orders, bringing wrong stuff, when they brought again, it was always too late etc. At some point we decided not to correct such mistakes because it kept forever.They kept telling us this was due to a special event, but for us, it was a special event, too. It is our holiday we have been waiting for so long. Staying here was a special event that we wanted to enjoy but it was more of a struggle than a refreshment.
We originally booked it for two nights, we were thinking maybe we would extend after staying, because we will stay in Tbilisi for 6 more nights. We are unfortunately very glad that we did not book it all the way, and I guess this tells a lot about our experience overall. When you book a nice hotel, you expect things to be easier and relaxing, instead it unfortunately kept us busy and anxious. We were really excited about this hotel but it has unfortunately been a big disappointment for us.

        We stayed in the "Unfound Door" for our wedding night and it was absolutely amazing. The first time I saw the inside of the hotel, i was absolutely stunned by the view, the mood and the ambience. Service is great, the breakfest and the room incredible! (we were in the room of the rest) If you want a special time in Tbilisi, i can absolutely recommend this hotel! (Btw. there are even tourist guides through the hotel because of the great rooms.) Looking forward to my next stay

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
