        Spent some time here with my two children. I asked for heaters and within the hour I was given four to heat up the apartment! The staff went above and beyond! Love these apartments.

        6 hour journey from London to Liverpool. Got there and was freezing cold only to be told they lost our booking although we'd paid nearly an arm and leg for it. No sympathy from a Gentleman there who told me they weren't liable. Hotels.com are an absolute disgrace of a company, hanging up on me 8 times after explaining my situation. Tried reaching them for over an hour! Only positive out of this was Mary who sorted us out massively and rectified a lot of problems hence the 2 stars. Them 2 stars are not for the apartment they're only for Mary because she sorted us out smoothly, so hats off to Mary, she was unreal. However the apartment we paid for originally said it slept 4 but we could barely fit 3 in, we had to take turns sleeping on the floor which was annoying. Not a nice first Liverpool experience, it left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Wouldn't be recommending. And again Hotels.com are an absolute disgrace, don't use them!

        We had a really enjoyable stay this weekend at Union Bank! Currently there are some renovations being made along the street, so the entrance-way is slightly concealed but still accessible. The apartment is directly opposite the Alchemist, where we went for dinner and drinks. We found the location really central, with the Liverpool One only 5-10 minutes’ walk away. We didn’t need a taxi all weekend when we went out in the city! The apartment was lovely and had great space for what we needed. The staff had thoughtfully put the heater on for our arrival, but the bedroom was very warm and definitely needed airing out! But, it was cold out so couldn’t fault their foresight there! Our only fault with the room was that our bath plug was detached, and couldn’t reattach to hold water. We used the kitchen sink plug, which did work effectively but made sure to pass that complaint on. There isn’t a front desk at this apartment, but there was a security guard on through the night who was very courteous and helpful. We also received several phone calls from Union Bank staff to check everything was going okay with our stay, which was nice in place of a front-of-house desk. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt we had received great value in terms of central location and the apartment itself. We would definitely stay again!

        We had a lovely weekend at these apartments and i would definitely stay there again. Excellent central location. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The lift is tiny and the stairs are a bit of a pain when you've had a few. But the apartments itself was lush. Loved the whirlpool bath but did have to point out that the bath had dropped & the the plug was faulty. Staff were lovely & helpful though and I look forward to returning.

        Booked at the last minute and so pleased apartments were clean and bright and so near the city centre but quiet, all slept well. We had the four person two bedroom and had plenty of room, storage was a little thin on the ground very nice dressing tables but a set of drawers would have been good, also more plugs in upstairs bedroom as one double is just not enough, kitchen is well equipped just needs a chopping board to complete

          Booking Policy

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
