The check-in process was swift. The reception area is nicely decorated. The room is clean and spacious, allowing for the opening of two pieces of luggage with limited walking space. I wouldn’t consider this a proper hotel since they don’t provide typical hotel services. When I requested additional body wash, shampoo, and water, I was told they were chargeable. Although I was okay with that, I had to go to the reception to collect them. I would categorize this more as an Airbnb experience. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t return or recommend it to anyone accustomed to hotel services.

Wonderful hotel! Very spacious rooms equipped with water kettles and bathroom amenities. The showers are quite big and everything is nice and clean. Hotel guests get to use the gym (2nd floor) for free and receive a discount in the bakery on the ground floor. The hotel is not super central, but it has excellent connections with a subway station and Airport Express Bus station right in front of the door.

I really like this accommodation. As the subway station(Line 9-Seonyudo) is close, it is easy to go to major tourist attractions in Seoul, and there is Han River Park that is within walking distance, so it is easy to take a walk or jog. Convenience stores, bars, and restaurants are easily accessible near the subway station, and it is nice to have a Costco nearby. Especially, the airport bus to Incheon International Airport is right in front of the hotel, so it is convenient. The cost of accommodation is also low, so it is cost-effective.

Loved my stay ! The room has that basic look but everything is well-thought out. They provided me with set of sleeping clothes, IoT for the lights, teas and drinks for night of restful sleep. The hotel also has a listening room, right infront of their reception (top-most floor). Thats really unique, havent seen that in any hotel I’ve stayed globally. The gym of this hotel is amazing. Could basically mimick the gym workouts (SBD) I’ve been doing back home with ease at the gym. Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Its 500metre away from line 9 station which has a lift facility (in case you carey luggages like me). Its also within the neighbourhood so you can see locals shopping and living here. Will stay again.

Unpleasant stay! Good: Clean, modern, newly renovated Near to metro Quite Bad: Room filled with a bad smell, should be coming from the pipes No shampoo, conditioner provided The so called iPad style IoT control panel for light switching is just a gimmick which makes things even more complicated. The text is still in Korean even with the language switched. There is nothing you can control except the lighting. Air cond temp is fixed, hot water temp is fixed. Even the TV volume is limited at 30 which is barely audible from the beds

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
