It was a great experience. The hotel is very beautiful, nice and clean. The staff is special and always smiling. Very pleasant. All facilities are good and pleasant. The food and restaurants are international and very special, especially Ms. Banu who is very nice.

This is a small hotel designed for conferences and events and is not a leisure hotel by ANY stretch of the imagination. I post this at 1.27 AM from my king suite for which we have paid top dollar, listening to blaring music for the third night in a row from their early nee year party.. When we booked the hotel, we thought we were booking a 5 star hotel that offered exceptional service. So we booked. 5 suites for four families travelling together. They happily took the booking and there was no mention of the fact that there would be non stop parties with loud music on all three nights with no sound protection. On checkin we were casually informed by a rather a polite looking manager that we are a conference hotel and there are events planned in the evening and that from 9-1 am there will be “some” music. We have since realised that it was basically live loud out door music with virtually no sound proofing making it impossible to sleep for guests. Today when I asked the front desk, when the music will be shut. I got a curt response that since it is an early new year party the music will go on all night. To top it all the fancy over priced restaurant is strictly average. They can’t even make a pesto pasta to save their life. The only thing half edible is their pizza. AVOID at all costs if you are a family or are looking a for a peaceful vacation

Good property. But let me tell you the high lite of the place the breakfast next to the sea. And the staff that was serving us is actually one of the best staff I have ever come across. We used to spend lot of time there from breakfast to early dinner which used to go on for hours. And all coz of the view and the serving staff. They went out their way to help us for everything. Thank you thank you

Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! Had a room by the pool and it was the best choice ever! Especially if you are traveling with a group and want to spend a lot of time together, get the pool rooms next to each other and have a best time of your life. The location is great and the whole ambiance and vibe is amazing, you feel like you’re in an oasis. Not to forget the amazing signature smell that the hotel has! Service is top notch, all the requests were and we were literally spoiled there, never got a no from staff and all of the staff was very friendly, catering and they make your stay amazing. Restaurants and room service is very good, my fave part was breakfast with so many choices! 10/10 highly recommend! Can’t wait to be back! ❤️🙌🏽

I've seldom seen such care and attention to detail from staff. They truly are exemplars of hospitality. Upon handing over my keys to the valet, I did not have to carry my own luggage until my departure. My partner and I were greeted by customer relations upon on entering reception. We were immediately offered a choice of complimentary tea, coffee, or champagne. While we were enjoying our drinks, they gave us a detailed explanation of the resort and it's facilities. The breakfast selection offered by the on-site restaurant was limited, however all the menu items were on point. On top of their a la carte items, they also served a phenomenal Turkish breakfast. It's also worth mentioning that their lunch and dinner service was just as good. You could ask a question to any staff member about anything and they would either run off to find the right person to help you with your request or escort you to your destination. I experienced this first hand, when I requested help in finding a beach chair and towels. The resort also has a stage for live performances by DJs and bands. It kind has a night club vibe and the party continues late night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
