The building itself is very clean, they really maintain the area. Pool access available and the guards are also nice to guest. You can go easily to Newcoast Beach and Savoy hotel where there is 7/11 and Gong Cha. Belmont is also near the area. Hop on hop off bus pass by the area every 15 minutes so it is easy to go here if you will choose to stay for your vacation.

Great place to stay away from bustling city and a 10 minute walk to private resort and station 1 beaches. Also near to City Mall for groceries where it saves you a lot to cook your own meal than eat out. It has swimming pool and great area for a quite jogging. Oceanway residence is near to Savoy hotel and ongoing Belmont hotel [ as of August 2019]. However, I would not recommend it for someone who prefer to stay in the busy area in Station 2 because it is a 15-20 minutes trike drive due to ongoing road construction. Overall, the condo is peaceful and a scenic place to stay especially the terrace view with a nice staff and a free shuttle to City mall and West Cove.

A wonderful apartment unit in the north of Boracay (Yapak). We had a great 2 room apartment with all what we need (kitchen, wash machine, living room and bedroom...). A small balcony with a nice view of the sea and island is there also. The service in this complex is very comfortable because a shuttle bus brings you to the mall and private beach. This apartment complex is very safe and silent. Also the owner of the apartment is always helpful and friendly.

There are some defects in some units. The location is nice if you like to stay in a calm underdeveloped estate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
