The location and service are all outstanding and the room size is quite big, but the hotel rooms/bath really need a refresh and a major renovation. It would be such a lovely place to stay if the rooms are updated. That said, we thought the bed was quite comfortable and we had many good night sleeps here.

Had an amazing view of Taipei 101 on New Year’s Eve from a high-quality room! The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was great. Amazing experience overall. Would give this a 6 star if I could.

Better than the reviews I read. When I first booked this hotel I had a negative opinion as I read the hotel reviews which said the hotel was old and pass it's prime, however when I got to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a great location opposite the Taipei Dome and the SYS MRT station. Located very close to the main shopping street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was much bigger than I thought. I had a room with twin beds. The whole room was really spacious. 6 windows along the length of the wall giving unblocked view of Taipei 101 in the distance. Bathroom was very large. Reception staff were professional and speak English. Reception area was clean. The only problem is in the bathroom where the bathtub is one of those big bathtubs, so it's quite difficult to get into for children or for people of height less than 5ft tall. Overall not bad

I'd like to start by highlighting the positive aspect of the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. However, there are several concerns to address. Notably, my evaluation is based on a room rate exceeding 100 € per night. Had it been priced at 40 € per night, my review would have been more favorable. The hotel's value for the price paid is disappointing. The gym suffers from inadequate equipment, much of which is old or malfunctioning. The overall condition of corridors and rooms is deteriorated. Despite daily cleaning efforts, the aged furniture, stubborn stains, and worn carpet persist. The room's curtains are visibly soiled, and an unpleasant odor lingers. Additionally, the shower takes an extended period to produce hot water. While I could elaborate further, it's worth reiterating that the staff is commendable, and bathroom cleanliness is excellent. Sheets and towels were promptly replaced upon request. Nonetheless, urgent renovations are necessary. Regrettably, the price does not align with the overall experience.

We stayed here from Jan 4 to 9. Hotel lobby is nice. Our room is cleaned every single day, towels and other consumables are changed/refilled every day. All staff including the front desk, cafe and cleaners are nice. The breakfast is good, with salads and veggies, but needs improvement variety e.g. like english or american breakfast. Overall, our stay is good. We can come back here on our next visit

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
