The hotel was noisy and busy. People above us were so loud in the nights that we called security multiple times. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. I expected better kitchenette amenities. The plates and cutlery were all disposable (not environmentally friendly) and there was nothing else to prepare food. The room could have also been a bit cleaner. Beds were comfy. Location was good. Shuttles to universal were easy and there when we came. Staff were nice and helpful. Too cold for the pool. We ate one in the cafeteria. Food was good, and of good value.

The service and location were perfect. Bus ride to the parks was super quick. Every staff member we interacted with was happy and helpful. The food in the cafeteria was good and lots of options. And they had gluten free options by order which was helpful. I gave the rooms a 3 because the walls were thin, so we heard everything around us - both sides and above. We had a "2 bedroom suite", I would have liked more storage or shelving. There was only a tiny closet and 3 drawers, there wasn't a shelf or anything in the bathroom to put clothes and towel on before shower etc. Each bed was hollow underneath though so that we could slide suitcases underneath. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. But the blanket was just a second sheet pretty much.

Overall cleanliness of rooms was good. After long day at parks it was nice to come back to the room being cleaned and fresh towels. It was quite a long walk from lobby to our room as we stayed in Tower 1. My kids enjoyed the heated pool. It was quite a surprise for December! I did not care for the Cafe. I found it overpriced and my chicken was undercooked. The server was nice enough to replace however. Overall a great hotel with the convenience of shuttles to and from parks. I would stay again but probably avoid the resort restaurant.

This hotel was perfect for my boyfriend and I! All the staff that we talked to was very kind and helpful. The food in the hotel was pretty good and convenient. The busses to the parks were very convenient. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to the universal parks and are looking for a cheaper hotel option!

Our suite was a nice size for the value. The pool was perfect for our kids who are not strong swimmers. The pier market was a great spot to quickly grab breakfast or dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
