Worst residence I have stayed before, leakage for months but don't even take action to fix the issue nor provide an alternative parking slot to the residents. I will give 0 star if applicable, not to mention the management sucks with handling issues, don't even resolve any issue

Business trip and need to stay here for 5 day, never sleep well, LRT Operating sound from 5-6am till midnight 12am, and surrounding 3 mosque take turn wake you up at 6-7 am, in additional the ambulance sounds will wake you up in the midnight.. To be honest, this is the WORST airbnb experience in my life....

Pros: near to LRT station but you have to endure the following Cons: - Broken life, only 1~2 lifts are working most of the time. Got trap in the lift before (press the bell incase happened to you) - Water leakage in the carpark, many spots are leaking water so it's affecting many people. Those water is contaminated with cement and cannot wash off. - Noise issue, you can hear your neighbour's music, walking steps from upstairs, door slamping noise..etc. - Bad water quality Don't expect to get any helpful response from the management office after you report the issues. They are just hopeless.

Cons: 1. Very serious WATER LEAKING from the carpark slab. Management is slow and has no solution in fixing it. The dripping water is full of impurities.. 2. Water is brownish from time to time. Have to install filter and change very often. 3. The mall is always having event in the weekend with loud music. 4. Even at night (3am...) you will hear construction noise from nearby site. 5. If you are moving a bigger item, the security will ask you to push your stuffs going down through the carpark ramp. You need to unloading at the busy main road side and push your stuff all the way to underground through carpark ramp. Good thing about here is they clean the corridor regularly. You can get your grocery in the mall too. Easily access to many places.

Do not live here Been living here for years now. Aside from great location connecting to the mall, grocery and LRT, you should be aware of these: - LOUD noises - one side faces Bangsar South, it’s right next to a small mosque which has LOUD prayer calls 5 times a day including 5-6am. The other side is facing LRT, hospital and highways, it’s really noisy especially at night with ambulance noises. These noises would still go through the windows which aren’t soundproofed. - Noises from the mall event - they always have morning event on the weekend and sometimes lasted to around midnight. There was a time where KL gateway mall let people come watch a football match which lasted until 4am. That was really irresponsible considering 4 surrounding condos were affected. - Water always leaking and the shower water pressure is so slow - Lifts won’t be working properly all together - Facilities are so limited and most of the equipments in gym is not working properly - Swimming pool has no views since all the building blocked it - The wall peels itself because of the water leaking from the rain. This shows a super cheap materials. - The mall is really limited, most of the stores are close.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
