Perfect for a short stay. This is a basic no Frills accomodation, it is very clean does the job. Breakfast was perfect. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Bring ear plugs as the road can get busy at night time. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. Near enough to centre approx 10/15 mins but scooters available near by. Cafe s and shops near by for supplies. It's great for an affordable visit.

Very nice clean place to stay in whole you in Lisbon. Staff is very friendly and mostly english speaking but they do appreciate if you at least try speak Portuguese. I can recommend Universo Romantico for singles pairs and families. Few bars not far away bus stops and metro so location is very good as well . If uou like walking its about 20-30 min walk from centre.

Try to avoid this place if you can. We chose it for the good price they offered for a room, but it was infested with bed bugs. My girlfriend and I were bitten all over, and I managed to catch one on the ceiling. Keep in mind bed bugs are incredibly good at hiding, so to catch one in plain daylight (on the ceiling!) cannot mean anything good. Management was kind and understanding, but I am not sure how they would react if I didnt actually find a bed bug. Based on this experience my assumption is that a lot of rooms in the hotel face this issue and they have not addressed it.

We were staying in Universo Romântico 3 nights it was really lovely . Mostly, all staff were very nice and helpful. And I would say about service , Rooms and location all are very good . I highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
