Serves good foods. Buffet is available during lunch times with a good variety. The quality of food is great as it’s cooked with just enough cooking oils. Loved the fresh sugarcane juice, it’s made there as you wait meaning its fresh. Customer service is above average.

Good Staff. Good security. Very very slippery floors! If something could be done. Charges slightly higher for locals. Think of giving your clients some little breakfast. Make sure things like tvs, n other items are are all in order. Scores = 55 percent.

Simple, affordable & delicious 😋 food!!! After eating at fancy restaurants around westlands, I got some rice & beef here and it was the best restaurant meal I had over two weeks! It was also the most affordable! Highly recommend this place!

The hotel setting is conducive however the traffic there is crazy, I guess it's because of the many offices in the vicinity. It took us close to half an hour just to park, however thumbs up to the security officers there who offer very personalized services by ensuring that they pin point out the direction where there's free parking slot. It really saves the time one would be moving around the building looking for parking space. There exit is quite confusing though. However, I enjoyed the services offered by there staff.👏👏👏

My experience was terrible and wouldn't recommend this hotel. Firstly, the staff were unaware that I had already paid for the Hotel on Jumia and had to prove to them that i had. Secondly, though we had booked a double, and were two males, they said they don't take people who are not married into the same room, and we had to add money we had not budgeted for to pay for separate rooms. Further, the hotel did not inform Jumia (or co-ordinate with them) that we had checked in and i had to keep fielding calls from Jumia. My room was small and had a funny strong raw odour. The window wasn't closing, the mosquito net left a yawning gap and had to sleep with a swarm of mosquitoes. Though I had paid inclusive of breakfast, i was surprised with a bill for breakfast in the morning. (Which did n't pay eventually). Overall we didn't feel appreciated as guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
