Room felt like half fast renovations. Wallpaper coming off. Corners not cleaned. Random pillar by door that makes it hard to shut the shades. Housekeeping came in when we weren't in the room even though we didn't have the tag on the door. Definitely wasn't comfortable with that. Also. Be prepared for MUTIPLE charges. I was charged 3 times. 1 charge for the room itself, reasonable, 1 charge for the $100 deposit MIND YOU ITS AN ACTUAL CHARGE, NOT A PENDING ONE, and then they charged me an extra $132. I asked the front desk why and the answer that was given to me was "Oh some cards do that but you'll get it back when you check out.." We checked out Sunday. pending charge of $132 fell off Wednesday morning and got the $100 back as a refund Thursday morning. Just something to keep mind of. There's no coffee, breakfast, or restaurant. False advertisement on website..

Pleasantly surprised by a wonderful stay on our way back home. The reception ladies were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Our second-floor standard king room was spotless - the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Great quality cotton bedding with the best pillows. Bathtub was a good size. A/C was really quiet, and the courtyard view was lovely and very peaceful. Great pool. Small but important thing to this Brit..the coffee maker also brews good tea, and they provide Numi tea bags. Things to note, there's no elevator and no refrigerator - both of which we knew ahead of time and weren't an issue for us. Sadly, I was unable to check out late (I really didn't want to leave that bed!) as that's only available for Wyndham Platinum and Diamond members. Will absolutely stay here again on our trips through to visit the family.

Dirty towels were left in bathroom..Patio furniture was all broken.. A c in my room did not work correctly.. Could not even sit in lobby a c was broken.. Website Offered offered breakfast breakfast there was none and they ran out of coffee.. Everything was really run down.. Didn't stay my whole stay When I asked for receipt, they said they could not give me one. Cause I booked through ,a 3rd party. I will Horrible experience.. Don't stay there!

Stayed at this hotel years ago and it was fine. Not this time! Judging from our white socks, the carpets are gross and filthy. Had to place towels on counters we put things on because they were disgustingly sticky. At this time, the only ice machine available is in the main hotel lobby, where staff seems more bothered at answering questions or assisting anyone. The place felt horribly unsafe- there are homeless people on the street right behind hotel. They came on property during the night, screaming and fighting. The A/C units are old and loud enough to disturb your sleep. You can also hear the units from other rooms. Believe all the negative reviews- definitely not worth it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
