I booked the hotel on my test day for IELTS for convenience and the price was OK, but I was surprised when I arrived at the hotel that the sheet and pillowcase were dirty and had blood stains on it and no towels were provided and when I asked they gave me a towel I cannot imagine a dog drying his body with it, let alone a human being, in addition to the disgusting smell of the bathroom as well as its bad look , the only advantage in it is the presence of the Internet as well as a night and air conditioned side light despite its very annoying sound.

Do NOT stay here. It does not feel safe. The sheets are stained. The pillows are covered in mold. The staff were playing videogames and smoking inside. (The whole place smelled of smoke). You are not given a room key and are required to ask the staff to let you into your room whenever you would like to enter... but the staff are not always at the desk. The bathroom is disgusting. There was a fake window in my room, why I don't know... it was just a curtain in front of an empty frame. The towel (only amenity... no toilet paper or anything) was tattered and full of holes. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. If you have ANY other option, stay there. You have been warned.

I got positive of Covid-19 from their hotel room. the room was VERY dirty. the bed sheets were yellow as hell. the bathroom was terrible. the air conditioner was not cold. I phoned the staff to move to another WAY BETTER room but they didn’t come. I got itchy in my first hour and decided to check out at 06 PM. they don’t even deserve one rating-star at all. very very not recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
