Location is good and the staff is super friendly. We were moved here cause our booked hotel canceld our reservation (I guess overbooked). But all those pictures seem to be fake. Really old and filthy room. Room looks nothing like advertised. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Rubbish and hairs left all over the bathroom. empty shampoo packages, napkins in the shower. Construction going on right in front of the main entrance.

Really nice hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff is really nice and willing to help. The first day I asked to change the bed sheets because of a stain and they did it immediately. One only issue was that I could hear the guest of the nearby room talking very loud at the phone, but that's not the staff fault of course. Overall good experience. Recommended!

I stayed there 10 days and the staff seemed to be nice. However, during my stay, my gold necklace was stolen and my suitcase was touched, staff refused to call the police, supposedly they would sort it out themselves. As a result, no one was punished, no one was fired, I was only paid a small compensation. do not leave expensive things in the room, and generally expect that your room can always be entered. And it's better to choose a hotel where the cameras work at all

We didnt choose this place, we were transferred here from a 'sister hotel' on arrival to our dismay. Super friendly staff, they were excellent. Good WiFi. Rooms are large but not well maintained. Mold in the bathroom was horrid. Good location but noise is a big problem. The building site next door, the noise within the hotel, the street. Really did not sleep well. Google says "free breakfast" but this isn't true.
