We loved that this hotel is in the heart of Little Italy, everything is walking distance. The room is spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are nice and friendly. The only downside is that there is no parking. Since it is located in a busy spot we had to look for a good 20 minutes. But other than that we’d definitely come back.

I stumbled upon this gym late night at the beginning of the weekend! The Urban Boutique Hotel is definitely a hidden gem:) Manny made sure my experience was unique and catered to my needs. He let me take my time when transferring my items out of the hotel while checking out. Manny also helped me load up my heavy suitcases in the car which was super sweet! He went above and beyond. I wouldn’t recommend any other hotel to stay in while visiting San Diego:) This hotel is in the trendy exciting neighborhood of Little Italy. I felt safe and valued as a customer during my stay:) Manny and his friendly staff made all the difference! This hotel is also pet friendly for those of you traveling with a fur baby 🐶.

My stay way wonderful!!! Marcie at the front desk was very attentive to my needs and answered every question with a smile. Everyone at the front desk addressed me by my first name - great customer service! The room (407) was the perfect size for one traveler and very clean. Even though my window looked out to a wall (see my pic), when I opened the window in the evening, the music from Little Italy's Town Hall filled my room without the lights and traffic noise. The hot water was plentiful, so my showers were perfect! The in-room coffee was spot on. The fridge/freezer combo was great for my drinks and food as well as keeping ice. I put a pic of the toiletries here in case anyone is interested in what they have available in the room. Maid service was every other day. They refilled everything each time and left my own items alone! There were even bottles of water in my room - free of charge! The hotel was close to the green and blue trolley lines and several bus stops as well as perfectly located in Little Italy. If I am ever back in San Diego, I will definitely reserve a room right here!! I travel a lot for work and always try to stay at local places, and this is by far one of the best!!

Great place right next to the little Italy plaza! 10 steps away from all of the fun stuff in Little Italy and downtown. Friendly staff, rooms are fresh and clean and feel brand new. Can't beat the price. 24 hour concierge. Coffee maker in room, bar fridge everything you need in a boutique hotel and a boutique location. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Fun place and highly recommended. Don't be fooled by the price. This is a great place to stay.

Loved my room. Opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air. So fortunate that we were right down the street from the Saturday's Farmer's Market. It was extremely pleasant walking all over. The staff here were super kind. Both our rooms were clean...310 & 313...it was quiet once everyone went to sleep I will definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
