The room was spacious and we had a balcony. They also have an in-house restaurant and bar which serve really great food and have a spectacular view of the city. The staff is accommodating. Great value for your money 😍

We celebrated our wedding in Tbilisi and could not have found a better place! The hotel has a Iakob restaurant with beautiful views over the city. The menu is great and prices are quite good. Hotel staff was very supportive, David was in contact with us throughout the preparation for the event and took care of all the details so that we didn’t really have to worry about anything. We also stayed in the hotel itself. Rooms are nice and clean, ours also had a huge terrace. Thank you, Urban Boutique Hotel team!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
