I’ve never stayed in a hostel before we don’t really have them in the United States. My experience was amazing. The staff are all very very friendly and helpful. My overall impression taken away from my stay here is that Urban Campers puts their campers first. The cleanliness of every room all the restrooms and all of the entertainment areas shows that presentation is a top priority for their business. They have a very nice bar with a happy hour you don’t want to miss, all sorts of games and other ways to entertain yourself. After we were done seeing the beautiful city of Copenhagen everyday, my girlfriend and I would wind down get a drink from the bar and enjoy a few laughs. This has truly been a unforgettable experience and it is truly thanks to Urban Campers making everything so easy and stress free for us. If we ever come back to Copenhagen this will definitely be where we are staying. With unbeatable prices, and unbeatable hospitality you will definitely leave this place a happy camper. Thank you guys for everything we will forever be grateful.

It is a good to experience place, they have bunk beds and tent setup. Shared bathrooms and shower place. It is worth booking of you are planning to be on the room/tent only while sleeping because tent is otherwise a bit too small place. The common area offers several games and good mingling activities, the staff is good. They don't have kitchen facilities so worth considering if you are looking for such a place. We got free parking spot just outside the building as it was holidays. Overall good experience

Cool hostel with very kind, pleasant and helpful staff. Toilets and bathrooms are very cleaned, cleaned multiple times a day. Also the rooms/tents sheets are washed and clean. The common area is great with lots of room to sit around, play board games, pool or whatever you like. Drinks and snacks are affordable. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days.

Our team had a blast at Urban Camper hostel during our Christmas get-together! We chose this spot for its laid-back vibe and were not disappointed. The shuffleboard was a hit; it added a fun, competitive edge to our evening. The hostel provided the perfect backdrop for our small team gathering. The staff were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed for a great night. It's not just a hostel; it's a hub for good times and great memories. If you're looking for a chill spot to hang out with friends or colleagues in a relaxed setting, Urban Camper is the place to be!

The tent, the bathrooms and all the main areas were clean (or okay regarding the rush hours in the morning and afternoon). Cleaning service was fast and on point. The bathrooms are in good condition and renovated. The employees/receptionists are friendly and helpful. I liked getting in contact with other travelers in the big bar area downstairs. I enjoyed the beer, the cozy tents and the quite big lockers. Just the neighbourhood of this district seems quite rough sometimes (homeless people, dirty), but of course has nothing to do with the hostel itself. Recommendation

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
