Checked in on a Saturday night. Room was clean and functional apart from a flush that didn’t work very well. Reception was nice and helpful getting us checked in. They also allowed us to check in early which was very kind. It was noisy with party goers that night but we thought it was because it was Saturday. On Monday night it was also so noisy we could not sleep. Around 11:00 at night we asked the reception if he could ask the large group of people to be quieter and he said that usually they allow them to stay until midnight. At midnight, they were still shouting and laughing loudly in the kitchen AND outside our room. We complained again and the receptionist told us angrily he would sort it and that it was his first day back after 5 days off (like this mattered at all!) Fell asleep around 2am. Breakfast was mediocre. The location was good (at the end of the B line on the metro). Overall it was cheaper than some inner city hotels but not the hotel if you want to get up early and sight see as you will probably lose sleep.

The wifi is terrible, i had to use my own data. The rooms were okay but it's overpriced in my opinion. There were no facilities such as kettles, cups, etc.. also the safe box doesn't work. The location is pretty hard to reach if you have no car. The staff were friendly, and informative. Overall it's a solid hotel if you're staying for a short amount of time.

Rooms were modern. Staff were relatively helpful. Accommodated an early breakfast as we left for a busy day in Rome. We had a slight credit card issue and needed to use a phone. They didn't have workable phones for some reason and offered to let us use the public computer but I didn't feel comfortable for privacy issues. They didn't really help us much with that problem (though no fault of their own, but it would have been nice to have them try to assist). Location was far from many things, entrance in a somewhat sketchy alleyway, but the price reflected that. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Rome (rental car). Not very close to a lot of restaurants. We went to Mozzico (highly recommend)

The Urban Garden Hotel is an absolute gem in Rome. As a hotel with a great rate, it was pleasantly very clean, has an available full breakfast, and the staff were helpful and kind. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There is an outdoor garden and patio space to enjoy conversation throughout the day, you can arrive anytime as the front desk is always open, and they have a small bar service as well. This hotel is worth staying at if you are willing to take the metro from Roma Termini to Rebibbia (about 25 min.).

Amazing staff, lovely room with amazing air con! 2 lovely cats that roamed around outside, not much in the area apart from shops but right next to the metro which was 10 mins into Rome, no complaints, amazing coffee in the morning and we were well looked after, cheap too! Highly recommend don’t be put off, lovely rooftop garden, my only complaint would be the area next to the hotel wasn’t looking the best, but that’s no fault of the hotel at all and you don’t really spend time there apart from sleeping anyway, very glad the metro was a 2 min walk, highly advise! Staff also helped with activities and recommended great stuff to do!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
