This hotel is new, modern, and clean. One of my favorite places to stay while in Milan. The location is also very good. It is close to the metro, the rail (Porta Garibaldi) and shops/restaurants. The on-site breakfast and bar I can also recommend.

I am sending you this email to give you a review of our stay. This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in while visiting Europe. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and housekeeping was amazing. The lobby was beautiful as well and the coffee shop served great coffee and delicious pastries. The staff was the best part of our stay, they were amazing and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I would love to point out one of the employees at the front desk, Carlos was amazing and super friendly. He never hesitated to help us from our check-in to our check out. I would love to also point out other employees but unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. I will hopefully catch their names on my next visit because I will definitely be coming back to the hotel.

This has become hands-down my favorite go-to hotel in Milano, and I've stayed at many. Even when I'm not staying there, I go visit a lot to work, drink, and eat. Everyone I've referred there has had rave reviews as well. Here's why: - Rooms are fantastic, and reasonably priced - Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - Hotel breakfast is one of the best I've ever had - Co-working area is fantastic! - Perfect location, central and close to everything but not in a hugely busy spot. STRONGLY recommend for a short or long stay in Milano.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Hive Milano during our visit to Milan and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcomed. The room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and decor was remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was also ideal. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Our stay at Urban Hive Milano was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Milan a very positive experience. Rosa at the front desk couldn't have been more welcoming from the minute we checked in. Her charming personality made it feel as if we had been long time friends. The wonderful ladies at breakfast were delightful and so very accommodating. A big thank you to all the staff at Urban Hive!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
