I just checked out of this hotel today 28.08.2023, and I totally recommend! I’d rate it a good 3.8 to 4 star! My room was clean, had air conditioning and all appliances worked very well. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful! As a solo travelling woman in her 20s, I felt completely safe staying here! Would definitely return! Pls add granola and some nuts to your breakfast options haha. I’m just a picky eater but defo a good breakfast set up! And menu no 33 from the red restaurant remains my favorite 😀

The hotel has nothing surrounding it apart from a few textile shops feels very much like a premier Inn ....there is a funny smell outside of the hotel that lingers in the reception area ....the staff are brilliant though which made the stay bearable

Rooms are spacious. Water pressure in the bidet and WC needs some working on it, though. The elevator had delays and sometimes didn't work.

Room is clean, reception is friendly, speak English well and very helpful. Porter is also very helpful and kind. I met Celal, one of the porter who helped a lot during my stay, and he got me good deal with taxi (if you are not careful, they overcharge you).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
