Spacious room , new facilities. Overall very nice to stay. Less two stars for the breakfast. The food was apparently not up to a good standard. Some pieces of the grilled Mackerel was apparently not fresh and had strong smell. Made me feel pretty bad.

We had a splendid two night stay at this property. The room was well equipped, a fantastic shower, firm bedding and spotlessly clean. The spa and laundry facilities were a big plus. We would instantly book this hotel were we to return to Kyoto.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are spacious, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great - Western and Japanese options. The staff was very friendly but not always easy to communicate with. We drop out luggage earlier and when checking in it was already in our room - 5 stars for that! The onsen on the 9th floor was great. The 9th floor also has the laundry machines - 500yen for washing and drying - and a vending machine. Highly recommend this hotel even though being 20mins away - walking - from Kyoto Station.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. Location isn’t the best, but for those who like to walk, isn’t a problem. In any case there’s a bus stop 1 minute walking from the hotel. The breakfast offers different option and it’s delicious. The onsen is very pleasant and offers good quality creams to those who visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
