        It’s absolutely comfortable staying here, like a tiny studio space with smaller room amenities. The beds themselves are out of this world! Some type of memory foam. Very firm and stupendous for sleeping on and lounging around during the day or night. The bathrooms are splendid. Though the toilet paper was a bit tough, it’s eco-friendlier and literally, melts, if touched by water even in your hands. There’s a popular breakfast buffet. Very filling, offering a wide variety of choices every day. And an onsen, and a decent sized gym to workout. However the space itself is very limiting. Good modern equipment for its size. Great for long to short term stays. Pleasantly within distance of supermarkets, buses, in and around the city center.

        Nice interior, good front desk staff. Super great breakfast. The dim lights and light switch by the bed is super handy. Love the spa and sauna, should extend till 10am because checkout time is 11. Glad that they have 2-piece pajama which is way more comfortable instead of one piece provided by some of the other chain hotels.

        Really annoying! They didn’t say they needed to clean the room when I checked in. Yet after a night out late (weekend of equinox) they wake me up and call me and say they need to clean the room right then. I ask if they can at 1:30, they say it’s too late. So I say can you do it tomorrow? I was still sleeping plus I wanted to put some things away. We repeated tomorrow many times and they said ok. Yet even still then after she comes up and knocks on my door and asks about cleaning again for today. It's not like I expect everyone to speak English, such as if I have a special request or something, but if they are going out of their way to bother me and ask me unnecessary things that I don't want and make annoying requests of me as the customer when I'm trying to relax; so then in that case, yes, they should be prepared to speak and understand English and understand the compromise that I went out of my way to make with them when they decided to bother me out of the blue. then in that case if that's how they operate, to randomly inconvenience and put upon customers, they should note when a customer's preferred language is English and if they really must bother someone like that, at least have an English speaker bother the customer.... but anyway, If they need to clean the room during the stay they should say so at check in and even after that they should leave a note or something first rather than calling the first time. And then of course should not come and knock on my door and bother me when we already discussed it just a little while ago. I’m really annoyed.. then when I checked out everything went normal and the lady working was polite and used formal language, until I asked if I could leave my 3 small bags with them . She looked disgusted and said “zenbu?!” And threw a luggage tag at me, and didn’t use any formal language or really say anything at all after that. I never had this reaction before. I’m not sure what was so bad about asking. The bags were small and not heavy… isn’t this normal for a hotel? Normally I don’t really care what the hotel staff is like as long as the facilities are good, but some of the staff here is really terrible.

        We traveled around Japan and stayed at over 20 accommodations. This is definitely one of the best hotels we visited. The room, toilet and bathroom were clean during our stay. My only critique is the location of the smoking room. Due to air flow, you can smell heavy smoke in the lobby even when the smoking room is located at the back of the hotel. Other than that, the staff provided top-notch customer service. They were the only hotel we stayed that delivers your luggage to your room if you checked in early. They take guest satisfaction seriously.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
