Lovely spacious room. Beautiful bathroom with huge shower. Absolute secure parking available just across from the hotel. We arrived after the bar was closed, but our host was awesome, and we could buy a delicious bottle of wine to take to our room. We will definitely stay here again.

A hidden oasis is the best way to describe Urban Oasis. Rooms: We went for a poolside lunch so I can’t say too much about the rooms but judging from images and the room we had walked past it was neat and tidy with all the amenities you’ll need. Service: The service we received at the poolside restaurant was not a hit or miss - a little understocked as they never had things we wanted (pizza and some beers) but they compensated with the great tasting cocktails and amazing food. Location: Situated in a rather remote part of Cape Town CBD, Urban Oasis takes you on a nostalgic trip blending new and old. When moving around I’d suggest keeping your belongings quite close to your person as the area around it can be perceived as dodgy. Overall: The aparthotel seems to have been recently renovated, the old building has modern amenities and an endless array of food options from their large football situated on the ground floor. Urban Oasis is definitely worth a visit as a solo traveller or as a group.

One of my favorite spot to go. The apartment are very nice, clean and fully equipped with everything I need especially in my line of work (career). I can't prep all my meal, do my laundry and enjoy the quietness of the place. The only thing I noticed missing every time is a kitchen cloth and iron.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Urban Oasis ApartHotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff that made me feel right at home. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Whether you're looking to explore the city or simply enjoy the local nightlife, this hotel is perfectly situated for both. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The wide variety of delicious food served each morning was a great way to start the day. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and refreshing beverages, there was something to cater to every taste. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive staff made sure that everything was kept well-stocked and maintained throughout the breakfast service. Furthermore, the hotel itself exudes a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal sanctuary amidst the bustling city. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a great stay. The attention to detail in the interior design was evident, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and soothing. Overall, I cannot recommend the Urban Oasis Hotel enough. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the great location and delightful breakfast, made my stay truly memorable. It truly lives up to its name as an urban oasis – a haven of comfort, relaxation, and warm hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We visited for a cocktail and a glass of sparkling wine. The wine was Great but the cocktail 🍹 not. It was not as we expected a Mai Tai to be. The atmosphere was amazing because of the live music 🎵 and the band excellent 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
