As the place is highly reviewed, I would hope my experience is just an exception. Still, it was what it was and I'll let you all be the judges: - Checked-in at 01:00 after a long flight and travel. Although they had full control over the booking money through the app that I booked the place through, instead of thinking of their customers' well-being their first interest was to get the money. Not a huge deal but unprofessional from my point of view considering the time. - The room we were given was smelling like an ashtray. Either someone smoked in there prior to us arriving (strangely enough they have smoke detectors everywhere) or the central heating took the smell from somewhere else and delivered to our room. The concierge offered to change the room but as the smell was along the whole floor, we refused. Oh, and the walls looked like children drew on them. - One of the towels had a handful of hair inside it. - Two nights we were there we had an Arabic family (husband, wives, kids) literally run up and down the hallway until 02:00. I'm not holding this against the hotel, but 2 other things I will: 1. The hotel technically has CCTV and the personnel should have seen this and act on it in stead of me having to intervene. 2. The rooms' walls are paper thin. You can hear a pin drop 4 rooms over. On the plus side the location of the hotel is great and the breakfast selection rich and tasty. Again, I hope this was just an unfortunate episode that I've experienced and that they take this review as something to improve upon.

A good hotel, the location was near the metro station which was a good thing, food was okay, but there were people who were throwing stones at the window and disturbing others and the rooms are not spacious enough, they said big rooms were booked, but overall they did their best.

I do not recommend that hotel at all , i booked it throw booking yesterday for my wife and its mentioned Garden view but once reached we found different room with bad bad view closed one plus they mentioned hotel with parking but also fake they are charging , air-condition but not working every point are scam i do not recommend that hotel

As name says, it is inside a small public park. Usually crowded this park in the evenings. Staffs are friendly. You can have a timeout in the park. No room service, no restaurant. Only breakfast with few options. The area is busy business area. Always live. Good restaurants are nearby. Be careful about snatching. Some young girls are roaming around in this area. They drop something infront of you and if you try to help the gang with surround you and snatch your mobile and purse. They target gents and ladies who walks alone.

Amazing place to stay! Friendly and helpful staffs, delicious breakfast, it is in the middle of the park, refreshing environment, if you love nature you’ll enjoy there. And it’s very near to the metro station. Room is very clean but the door is not soundproof. Rest of the things are great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
