Definitely don’t recommend the larger rooms. We came back late one night and someone was sleeping in one of our beds. They were very accommodating because of this. Mark moved the 5 of us into a private room which was great. Thank you Mark!!!! A lady came and cleaned everyday, but I would still recommend bringing your own blankets for the bed and a towel. The location was definitely the best part.

The 20 room option was terrible if you are a woman. It is all old men that choose the room and it smells so bad and it is very unsafe. As for our service, Mark at the desk was amazing and helped us upgrade because we were not planning on sleeping at all the whole weekend. They also had cleaning every morning which was nice because it did get pretty disgusting if not cleaned. The rooms and bathroom was tiny but manageable. I would definitely not recommend the 20 people room if you are a woman unless you want to hear snoring, farting and be stared at by old disgusting men. Otherwise the location is amazing and a good cheaper option if you are not planning on staying for too long.

Some beds didn't have curtains but were fixed on reporting. The washrooms could be a bit better in the dorms. Overall a great stay. The kitchen and the common area is great. The terrace had a pool and smoking area but the pool/sauna was closed I guess due to winters.

Price / location / services is well balanced. I visited it for a second time. The people working there are lovely Italians who are always ready to help. You can cook, wash your clothes, meet new people , museums are really close, Sagrada Familia is 3 stations away by the tube. Would definitely visit again. If you have any concerns about sheets: they always change it after the previous guest. I saw it with my eyes. Dorms are cleaned daily. Bathroom can be found in the room and is well maintained!

Terrible hostel. Rooms are extremely cramped with no ventilation, bathroom and shower doors don't lock. Everything is old or in very bad condition. The staff act like you are asking for favors and are not very helpful. The 7 euro breakfast is also terrible and they only bring the food once, so everything is cold or simply gone if you don't get there when it starts, they still charge the same price either way. Beds have no curtains, sheets are dirty and the mattresses are also very uncomfortable. The only positive aspect is the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
