I have just spent two nights at the Urso hotel and it was completely brilliant. Every single staff member was so kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. There’s a high level of service and thought to all the little extras - like fresh water and bedside mats placed at turn down service, a thoughtful gift of biscuits from the local convent at departure, little daily notes delivered about what’s on and the weather and a new little surprising fact about Madrid with each daily note - so thoughtful and brought a real sense of occasion and specialness to our stay. I plan to send my parents here for a short trip so they can experience the loveliness of the hotel and its brilliant and well situated location with so many side streets, shops and restaurants to discover and as a relatively frequent visitor to Spain, I will be absolutely making this my accommodation of choice for each and every visit from now on.

Our hotel stay was genuinely exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Krikop (I hope I have his name correct). He not only assisted with our bags but also placed them in our room while we completed the check-in process. Liz at the bar was truly wonderful, providing some excellent recommendations. I looked forward to seeing her every time I visited for a cocktail. The receptionists were gems; they kindly gave my son a puzzle and some coloring pencils and a book. We requested a crib as soon as we arrived, and it was promptly delivered. Room service was fabulous and greatly enhanced our unpacking and settling-in experience. Housekeeping left a lasting impression; it was possibly the best service I've ever seen. Although I usually stay at Marriott properties due to my job, my family and I made an exception and truly loved our stay here. Despite some light construction noise in the morning, the overall experience was so delightful that we didn't mind the noise. Each night, we received a thoughtful letter about the weather and a treat. When it was pouring outside, a bellman kindly allowed me to use his umbrella so I could cross the street and grab some coffee. I don't remember his name, but I believe he was from Venezuela. The neighborhood is fantastic, with an array of local restaurants, cafes, and a kids' playground to enjoy.

sure, it’s pricey, but it’s well worth it. at first i wasn’t totally happy with the location but that’s before i explored the neighborhood south and west. (i was coming from a week at the totém hotel.) there isn’t much to say, they really take care of you here. the bed linens are great, so is the bed. the bathroom could be updated, the shower is on the small side. overall, they well deserve their 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the finest luxury hotels in Madrid - housed in a beautifully renovated historical palace. Located in one of Madrid's most upscale residential neighbourhoods, but still within very easy reach from all major attractions. Elegant, cozy and warm - feels more like an aristocratic residence. Exceptional personalised service standards. Lots of attention to details ! Exquisite Michelin starred fine dining - great setting, service and superb food. Highly praised by locals too - without being pretentious. Intimate luxury Spa with a wide range of skincare and body treatments. Lovely indoor heated pool. Discreet, safe, prestige !

Lovely hotel with lots of charm (o encanto) in a great location in Madrid. Really friendly and helpful staff and it’s always so quiet. Maybe we have been lucky but there’s never been any noise late at night. It has a small but really well equipped gym and a pool too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
