Wonderful experience all and all. Great spacious room with great attention to all details. Well located. Clean. Comfortable beds. Easy communication. Extremely convenient check in / check out. Multiple parking spots close by (drove from Lisbon)

We really enjoyed our stay at Utopian! Grisha and other staff were helpful and kind for our whole stay, although it was short. They gave us tips on where to eat and visit that were fantastic. The room was really nice and comfortable, and the building itself is so cool! Had a great talk with Romain about the stained glass window on the door as well. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fabulous. Perfect stay, very homey, warm, and clean. Super quaint and beautiful rooms, perfect hotel for traveling with friends - rooms stem off of a cozy central staircase, making it easy to room hop. Great location, fabulous cafes/eateries round the corner/nearby. No problems whatsoever.

We had an amazing time in this hotel!! Newly renovated, clean and modern place :) loved the design!!! Location is great as well, just in front of the hotel you have beautiful park with a view to the old city and we watched sunset from there! Many thanks to all the team we will definitely come back :) Loved the room, very comfortable and clean, you can have coffees and tea in the common area which is very convenient. Overall it’s authentic and modern!!

Perfect hostel. Very very clean, spacious, perfect location to look around city and river. Minibar is free 👍 And the manager/owner sent me a msg from Whatsapp and communicated in advance, allowed me to early check-in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
