It looks great on photos, but amenities are very-very cheap. Our safe got locked three times. A/C didn’t work and they could not figure it out till the end of our 7-night stay. This was huge inconvenience since the room temperature gets really low in mid December. Last day we didn’t have hot water and the cleaning was poor. The reception staff was nice though, especially the security guard lady. Also rooms seem to be soundproof and you almost don’t hear the neighbours.

This was a great place to stay. The property is very well located for the restaurants and bars of Roma Norte. The rooms were incredibly cool and clean. The bed, fantastic. We stayed on New Year’s Day when town was very quiet and made good use of the roof terrace - it’s excellent. It’s huge so multiple groups can use it without bothering each other and it gets the sun all day. The gym was great as well but it is a little basic. The rooms have great smart tvs so you can access all your subscriptions like Netflix.

Great looking hotel in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and has everything it needs. If you don't a like an industrial looking hotelroom, you're at the wrong address. This hotel gives you nice places for eat in the neighborhood. Next to that, friendly staff and clean, luxury rooms!

There was a water outage the first day we checked in. No water, no shower and we couldn't even use toliet. They promised the water will come back 8pm, but it never happen. We suffered the whole night and had to check out the next morning, and there is even no staff to help us check out, only one guy to told us to chat with their staff on Whatsapp. We contacted Expedia for refund, and the agent told us they couldn't get the approval from UTOPIC hotel for refund and cancelation fee wavier. How rediculous is that?

Very cool industrial modern stay. We booked a 2 room balcony suite which was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything cool, and used Uber for everything else. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
