Seriously one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It had everything we wanted--perfect location in La Condesa near the restaurants and parks, a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. They also had free laundry (you'll need to buy your own detergent) and the staff was helpful and friendly. The photo is of the second bedroom where I slept--my sister and her husband were in the extremely large one and this was such a great second bedroom for me.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We were not expecting 3 TVs. There was no heat or AC which might work well most of the year due to the template climate but a fan would have been nice to have. The terrace was beautiful and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the views from up there. A security guard lets you in and out 24/7 so that felt really safe. There wasn't much communication from the staff about when/how to get the apartment cleaned and that's something that could be improved. I would definitely stay here again!

Trendy place with spacious rooms and nice amenities. Felt safe and comfortable. Location is close to Chapultepec Park, but not super walkable to the busy areas of town (Condesa/Roma). The communal terrace provides a great view of the city and is a nice spot to relax with company. The complimentary breakfast is limited, but provides coffee and pastries. V65 is a great place for long or short stays, definitely worth it for the price point!

Couldn’t have picked a better stay for our family of 3. We needed a temporary home while visiting family in Mexico City and this gem of a hotel was perfect! From the beautifully decorated building, comfortable air conditioned bedroom, warm shower, purified water, complementary morning coffee + treats, and laundry service (free if you supply your own detergent), V-65 helped make our visit a great one! The location is amazing and we actually liked the fact that the hotel doesn’t appear to be one from the outside. Travelling with a baby in Mexico can be stressful, but not having to worry about room temperature, clean clothes and water was a relief! We will recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to our next stay here :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
