        My daughter spend a night there as graduation outing. She couldn't find the small roaches someone commented earlier. The room and toilet floor were sticky, not sure what stuff it was as it cannot be wash by water. When she spray water on the shower floor, to her horror and amazement, several hair balls floated up the drain pipe. Their bed linen is deplorable, stains for a bed and holes for on another bed. Breakfast is a story to tell, too. They said they were toast, but no toaster available for the white bread. Not jam or butter either. Drinks is interesting, initially when there was ice in the dispenser, they call it ice cold juice. But when the ice melted, they renamed it cordial drink. Not recommended hotel. But if you do stay, do tell your story.

        For the V8 hotel that proudly call itself as a 'four-star hotel', I would like to share some of my terrible experiences here. The overall stay was mediocre, mainly due to the need for improvement in cleanliness. The bed sheets had stains, and the carpet wasn't particularly clean, leaving a somewhat uncomfortable feeling on the skin. Additionally, the condition of the bathroom left a negative impression – the toilet would clog, the shower had low water pressure, and the ventilation was poor, resulting in unpleasant odors. However, the most dissatisfying aspect was the communication between the team members and their attitude towards guests. I checked in during the afternoon, using a QR code for payment. The female receptionist at that time even took a screenshot confirming the receipt of payment. That night, I had to check out early for personal reasons, and everything seemed to proceed smoothly. The male receptionist returned the deposit without any issues. However, what followed was an unpleasant and chaotic experience. After leaving, the hotel manager continuously called me. Busy driving, I couldn't answer immediately. When I finally found a parking spot and answered, she questioned why I checked out without paying. Later, the male receptionist came running out, forcefully banging on my car and scolding me for not paying. He even threatened to involve the police, leaving me utterly confused. After presenting evidence of payment, he walked away, but the hotel manager continued to press for payment. Eventually they found that I had made payment before, the manager made a later apology call. However, by having these ridiculous action by all of them, I was already thoroughly annoyed. In summary, the team's communication and efficiency were poor, and the online payment method was unfriendly. Furthermore, any processes were not thoroughly checked, and afterwards, both the manager and receptionist displayed an unfriendly attitude, lacking trust, respect, and courtesy toward guests, treating guests more like scammers or beggars than valued customers.

        It was alright all around. The restaurants are really opulent, and the food was decent. The bedroom, though, is the only issue. The bed linens were not laundered. There are hair stains all over it. Then, there were the former roommate's leftover nibbles. My room lacks a water heater, which is odd considering that the other room has one. Requested assistance from the worker to fix the water heater. My companions and I asked the worker to wait a little before he arrived. The worker vanished shortly after that. In order to ensure that the future room owners have a pleasant stay, maybe they can adequately clean the room and fix any damaged water heaters.

        The room for my stay is cozy. The room service is good and the staff at registration counter over the lobby there can assist me efficiently. Besides, the location for this hotel is strategically located. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, hawker centres and grocery stores.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
