An amazing experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-heated, and aesthetically pleasing. The overall atmosphere was truly beautiful. Also, the location is very good. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It’s a fantastic place to stay in Budapest! Took the studio with balcony, the room was very spacious and well equipped, with a nice, garden view from the balcony. Must have been very recently refurbished too as everything looks brand new. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the location is super good, just minutes from main tram and metro lines, so makes it very easy to get around too. Even though it’s so central, it is still very quiet too because of the inner facing windows.

I will avoid this properties chain and advise everyone to do the same. They ask for your credit card details to charge you a guarantee of 100 euro even after you have paid in full through booking app Although asking for a guarantee itself is unusual, I am ok with that in cash or with a POS device hold for a certain amount. I am not ok with giving a random limited company or individuals working there full access to my credit card by providing them my credit card details. One thing is to use your credit card with them. Another thing is to enter your credit card details to their website or send them directly as a message. Staff is acting misleading, changing their mind, and asking for credit card details. Also, the check-in requests are too much, over complicated. They ask you to fill pages of an online form with all identification details that are not necessary since you already provided information to booking.com They send you a very long message in the booking app that would take half an hour to read. I just want to pay and check in simply with my id, and that's it. I don't want an overcomplicated process that is unnecessary (other 100s properties I have stayed do not ask this kind of information), and they don't ask for sensitive personal information like credit card details. There are others reviews on google maps saying that they were charged multiple times after providing them with credit card details. Because of that, in the end, I declined their requests, and I had to stay in another place, but they still kept my money. So if you like to be treated like this, book with them 🤷‍♂️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
