Really nice rooms and a car garage below the building. But there is no possibility to cancel the room service and no safe inside. I asked at the reception to stop my room service, but the stuff was still entering my room the next days. There is no sign which you can hang at the doorknob like in other hotels/appartements. -> Appartement is not usable for business trips!

The room had a "toilet" smell. In terms of standard this place sits somewhere between a brothel and a dormitory. Way too noisy in the doorway corridor. I could hear people talking in rooms from across the hallway. Unruly guests partying, slamming doors will keep you awake all night. Horrible experience.

Loved our condo here. It's super clean, safe garage parking with good price, pets allowed and great neighborhood. The check in process was simple and very friendly. Ps. these bad reviews are ridiculous.

A nice place in the middle of Budapest, park the car there and to the rest by foot. The ground floor apartments benefit form the small grass terrace, great if you come with kids.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
