The rooms are fine but it’s the location that really sets it apart. The pool area has an amazing view of the dragon bridge which is so worth watching. Across the bridge is the night market with great food. Then in the other direction from the hotel is a short walk to the beach, empty, but golden and warm water.

Amazing and very helpful staff- especially John at the reception- thank you for arranging the tour to Bana Hills and driver to Hoi An. Bed was very comfortable/ Breakfast with lot of choices/ tea much better than coffee 😅 Very close to the dragon bridge / Swimmingpool on the 15 floor where you can take amazing pics with the dragon bridge in the background ( thank you to the Staff members for taking my pic🤩 I enjoyed my stay and hope to come again

6 mins walk from Han Market. 12 mins walk to Night Market with fabulous Seafood and others. Great food and convenient stores nearby. More than adequate buffet breakfast spread. Only few downsides are the irritating flies in the bathroom that always spawns miraculously. Only 1 access room key. Better resolution of tv programs will be appreciated. Harks back to analog quality. Also, zero air conditioning in the lobby. Aside from which it ain't bad.

I had the good fortune to spend 2 weeks at this hotel on unexpected emergency business. The hospitality of this staff is unlike anything I have ever experienced. If you’re looking for glitz and glimmer style hotel livin this isn’t it. This is “Mom & Pop” hospitality. This a Small, but dedicated group of friendly people, and It would be a privilege to stay here again. Cảm ơn

The room is not the same as picture the hotel advertised staff said it’s photoshopped. The smell in the room is disgusting, we ask to change the room, night shift can do nothing. Not recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
